I had a great experience ; the room was spacious, clean, and offered excellent value for the price. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
Breakfast offerings could benefit from a wider selection of fresh fruit.

I enjoyed this great and pretty place, stayed there for 4 nights. The staff was caring and very very helpful, no complaints whatsoever. Its location in Dunedin was handy, right by the historic railway station and other prominent historic buildings and areas, The Lonestar restaurant and the Otago Peninsula. I was surprised at nearby Tiffany's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. It was reasonably priced and met expectations for a holiday.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I stayed for two weeks while attending a course, and I was thoroughly impressed. The family suite was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, two flat-screen TVs, and a lovely bathroom with a jacuzzi. The daily housekeeping kept everything neat and tidy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the additional heater they provided during the chilly nights. Plus, the location was conveniently close to the city center with ample off-street parking.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, perfect for kicking back after a long day. The location made it easy to hop over to nearby restaurants and attractions without any hassle.
Parking was a bit tight and I ended up with an awkward spot, which can be a challenge if the place is fully booked. The decor in my room felt dated, and while it wasn't a big deal, it could use an upgrade. Access can be tricky due to a steep driveway and roadworks nearby, which might be a temporary hurdle, but it did add some inconvenience to my arrival.
